Valeria comes from a family of entrepreneurs, where women have played a leading role in building successful businesses across diverse industries. Raised among strong, self-made women, Valeria grew up witnessing firsthand the values of resilience, independence, and leadership; all of which have deeply shaped her professional identity and personal mission.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Valeria earned her law degree with honors from the prestigious Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and completed additional graduate studies in Amparo Law, deepening her expertise in Mexican constitutional law. To further expand her knowledge, Valeria pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California (USC), a step that broadened her legal understanding and enabled her to better serve her clients across borders. From the beginning of her career, her commitment to service and justice has guided her work, particularly in matters that directly impact families, individuals, and immigrant communities.

Before joining the Firm, Valeria worked at a prestigious law firm in Mexico City, where she gained valuable experience in corporate law and civil litigation. This early exposure to complex, high-level legal practice gave her a strong foundation and a deep understanding of the business realities her clients face.

In parallel with her legal career, Valeria also served as a public figure for an international makeup brand, where she led conferences and workshops focused on women’s self-esteem and empowerment. Through this role, she combined her passion for beauty and personal development with her mission to uplift women in all areas of life, a commitment that continues to shape her approach as a lawyer, mentor, and advocate.

Building on that experience, Valeria joined the Firm from its inception and has played a central role in its growth and development ever since. Her leadership, dedication, and cross-border expertise naturally led to her becoming a partner following her admission to practice law in California.

Valeria focuses her practice on civil litigation and immigration law, helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal matters across jurisdictions. Her bicultural and bilingual background allows her to offer clear, empathetic, and strategic counsel rooted in cultural understanding and legal precision.

Outside of her legal career, Valeria is a proud wife and mother of three, as well as a passionate entrepreneur. She is also a professional makeup artist, where her creativity and attention to detail extend beyond the courtroom. Her diverse interests and experiences fuel her commitment to empowering others, especially women, to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Valeria strives to lead by example, showing that it is possible to embrace every role with purpose, strength, and authenticity.

Her life experience gives her a deep sense of empathy and perspective. She understands the real-world pressures her clients face, particularly women balancing multiple responsibilities, and is committed to guiding them through their legal journeys with compassion, clarity, and strength.
