1. Owner Identification. Grupo Legal Madero & Carriles, S.C., a civil partnership legally constituted under the laws of the United Mexican States, with registered office at Av. Insurgentes Sur 1855-804, Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City, 06600 (hereinafter, “Madero & Carriles”), is the owner of the domain name www.maderocarriles.com (the “Website”) and is responsible for its administration and operation.
2. User Acceptance. Access to, browsing, and use of the Website grants the status of User and implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use, as well as in the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Website.
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property. Any dispute arising from the use of the Website or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and the User expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of their present or future domicile.
Madero & Carriles reserves the right to pursue all legal actions available in response to any misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms of Use.
