Renee is a dynamic legal professional with a diverse background in operations, advocacy, and client service. Born in Detroit, Michigan, and a dual citizen of the United States and Jamaica, she brings a lifelong commitment to leadership and service to her work at the Firm.
Began her professional journey in the hospitality industry, where she quickly rose through to become a Food & Beverage Director for the world’s largest gaming corporation. She later went on to manage multiple high-volume restaurants, leading large teams and spearheading multimillion-dollar turnarounds. After relocating to California, she continued to break records as the Food & Beverage Director at the Long Beach Airport, where she achieved a $1 million profit increase in just nine months.
n 2010, Renee transitioned into the legal field and discovered her passion for immigration law, and more recently, probate law. She began her career as a paralegal at a small firm and, over the years, expanded her scope to support attorneys nationwide. Renee has contributed to more than 4,000 immigration cases, including matters before USCIS and the Board of Immigration Appeals, and has supported litigation that helped shape legal precedent in seven federal circuits. Her meticulous attention to detail and deep empathy for clients have made her a trusted advocate for individuals and families navigating the complexities of the immigration system. At the Firm, she has also been a key part of legal teams handling highly contentious probate litigation, including cases involving international estates.
Currently, Renee is pursuing her Juris Doctor at Northwestern California University School of Law and plans to focus her future practice on immigration and probate law. At the Firm, she brings a rare combination of legal insight and operational excellence, driven by a mission to deliver results with compassion and integrity.
Outside of the office, Renee finds her greatest joy in her family, friends, the beach and traveling. She is a devoted wife, proud mother of three, and grandmother of three—with “grandma” being her most cherished title.
