Lawyer in USA and Mexico

Gustavo was born and raised with a deep sense of family legacy. He carries the name of his great-great-grandfather, Gustavo A. Madero, who, alongside his brother Francisco I. Madero, placed the well-being of the people above personal ambition and helped ignite the Mexican Revolution. This legacy of social responsibility continues to shape Gustavo’s vision and purpose as an attorney.

Inspired by values of service and dedication, Gustavo focuses on helping clients grow — personally, professionally, and economically. His work is driven by a genuine love for people and a commitment to using the law as a tool for empowerment. These principles not only guide his personal practice but also form the foundation of the firm’s mission to create value and positive impact across our binational society.

Gustavo began his legal career in Mexico City, earning his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and gaining experience at top-tier law firms specializing in corporate law, as well as civil and commercial litigation. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he offers seamless communication and a culturally sensitive approach for clients navigating legal matters in both countries.

Pursuing his goal of binational legal excellence, Gustavo moved to Chicago to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Certificate in Business Administration from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management. This period deepened his understanding of corporate and commercial law through a global business lens.

He later served as in-house counsel for an international company with operations in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe, leading cross-border transactions across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. During this time, he also completed the Harvard Management Mentor Program to further strengthen his leadership and strategic skills.

With a rare combination of legal, business, and global experience, Gustavo founded his own law practice. He now leads the firm’s operations from its offices in Mexico City and Los Angeles, California, offering cross-border legal services in corporate and business law, probate, trusts and estates, immigration, and nationality matters.

Gustavo is admitted to practice law in Mexico, California, New York, and before the Supreme Court of the United States, equipping him to provide truly comprehensive legal support across borders.

Outside the office, Gustavo is a proud husband and father of three. He’s also passionate about sailing, a pursuit that reflects his love for strategy, exploration, and navigating complex challenges with calm and precision.
