Enrique is a dual national with a rich understanding of the political and legal systems of both Mexico and the United States. Born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, he is committed to expanding his legal expertise in both countries.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Riverside, along with a minor and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Pasadena City College. Enrique is proactive in refining his skills and is well-prepared for future challenges.
Enrique launched his career at the Consulate of Mexico in San Bernardino, where he successfully assisted thousands of fellow citizens with various matters, including consular protection and documentation. Here, he was able to grow and witness the struggles that many people faced, and he made it his goal to help as many individuals as possible. His comprehensive knowledge of document revisions and procedural requirements in Mexico ensures that clients are thoroughly prepared for their processes. From outreach among community organizations to simply assisting with the navigation of obtaining a legal document, Enrique ensured that many people achieved their goals with his support.
