Paralegal

Cynthia was born and raised in the vibrant city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Growing up in a bicultural family—her grandfather having immigrated from Croatia to New York City as a young man—she was deeply inspired by his determination and resilience. From him, she learned the value of hard work and the power of chasing dreams, even in a new and unfamiliar land.

Driven by that same spirit, Cynthia eventually made the decision to settle in the United States in pursuit of a brighter future. She carried with her not only her grandfather’s teachings, but also a deep determination to succeed. She began working in the restaurant industry, where her dedication, optimism, and commitment to creating a positive work environment quickly stood out. Before long, she had earned the position of general manager—proof that her hard work and vibrant energy truly made a difference.

Eager to grow and make a meaningful impact, Cynthia later enrolled in the Paralegal Studies program at Los Angeles City College. With a clear vision of her goals, she committed herself to continued learning, believing that education is one of the most powerful tools to create change and support her community.

Today, Cynthia manages the administrative and accounting operations of the firm in the United States, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently for the entire team. Additionally, she also plays an important role in the firm’s corporate and immigration matters, serving as a dedicated legal assistant.

Beyond her professional life, Cynthia is a proud homemaker who cherishes time spent with her family—her greatest source of strength and joy. For her, family is everything, and their support continues to fuel her passion for helping others and pursuing her dreams.
